Below you will find the information governing reservations, payments, and the general terms and conditions of seasonal rentals managed by Casapē.
📅 Reservations
- To confirm your reservation, full payment of the rental amount and the cleaning fee is required.
- Accepted payment methods: Pix or credit card.
- For payments via international transfers in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, and CHF, please contact us at reservas@casaperio.com.br.
- If, for any reason beyond our control, the rented property becomes unavailable, Casapē will offer guests the option of staying in a property with the same price or receiving a full refund of all amounts paid.
- Changes to reservation dates can only be made subject to availability and prior confirmation by Casapē.
- A member of our Guest Relations team will contact you to confirm your check-in and check-out times after your booking has been processed.
🕒 Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
- If the apartment is available and the guest wants to guarantee an early check-in, the guest will need to pay for the previous night’s rate.
- Casapē does not charge for early check-ins from 8:00 AM, provided the property was available on the night before the start of the reservation.
- We provide luggage storage at the company headquarters from 8:30 AM or inside the rented property from 12:00 PM.
❌ Cancellations, Withdrawal, and Termination
- If the guest chooses to cancel the rental before the end of the contracted period, no refunds or compensation will be provided for unused nights.
- Casapē reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without refund, under the following circumstances:
- Number of occupants exceeds the limit permitted for the property;
- Disturbance of public order, neighborhood peace, or violation of condominium rules;
- Hosting of parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings;
- Use or possession of illegal substances;
- Presence of pets without prior authorization.
- Any guest who violates these terms will have their rental agreement terminated and may be denied access to the property. The guest will also be held responsible for any damages or losses caused to Casapē, the property, or third parties.
🧾 Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for the integrity of the property and all of its contents, as well as for complying with the condominium’s rules and regulations.
- Any fines imposed by the condominium due to violations during the stay will be charged directly to the guest.
- Material damages to the property or common areas will also be charged to the responsible guest.
- Violation of these conditions may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

- Casapē is committed to protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of its guests’ personal information.
- No personal data will be sold, exchanged, or disclosed to third parties, except when necessary to process the reservation or comply with legal obligations.
- Cookies and browsing data are used to improve your experience on our website and to offer personalized services.
- All information is securely stored and not subject to manual handling.
- Guests are advised not to share passwords or access credentials with third parties.
