Dishwasher

The dishwasher is located in the kitchen, next to the stove. To use it, load the utensils (up to 10 place settings), add the appropriate detergent (available in the laundry area) to the compartment inside the door, and select the desired program.

Microwave

For quick heating, use the quick-start button, which adds 30 seconds with each press.

Important: Never place metal utensils inside the microwave.

Air Fryer

The Air Fryer is practical and works by circulating hot air, allowing you to prepare food with little or no oil. Adjust the temperature and time according to the food and avoid overfilling the basket to ensure even cooking. You may open it during cooking to shake or stir the food if needed.

Do not use paper, plastic, or metal utensils that could damage the internal coating. Do not pour water inside the appliance, do not block the air vents, and do not handle it while hot.

Water Filter

For filtered water, use the white dispenser located on the countertop near the kitchen sink. Please note that in Brazil, tap water is not recommended for direct consumption. We recommend always using filtered water for drinking and cooking.

Cooktop

To turn on the cooktop, press and turn the knob corresponding to the desired burner. Keep it pressed for a few seconds until the flame ignites. Adjust the intensity by turning the knob. Always use cookware suitable for the burner size and never leave the stove unattended. When finished, make sure all knobs are turned off to prevent gas leaks.

Range Hood

The range hood removes smoke, steam, and odors while cooking. To turn it on, use the front buttons. Once pressed, the other buttons will light up. There are buttons to turn the light on/off and to adjust the fan speed. We recommend using it whenever cooking to keep the environment pleasant.

Nespresso Coffee Machine

Make sure the water tank is filled. If not, remove the tank from the back of the machine, fill it with fresh filtered water, and reattach it properly.

Turn it on and wait for it to heat up: press any button (Espresso or Lungo). The light will blink while heating and remain steady when ready (about 25 seconds).

Insert the capsule: lift the lever, insert the capsule, and lower the lever fully.

Place your cup under the spout. You may raise the tray for taller glasses.

Choose the coffee size: Espresso (40 ml) or Lungo (110 ml). The extraction stops automatically.

Washer & Dryer

There are two machines in the laundry area: one washer and one dryer. To use the washer, load your clothes (maximum 10 kg), add detergent, and select the desired program. Check the control panel to choose the most suitable option for the fabric type. Remember to empty all pockets before washing.

To use the dryer, load your clothes (maximum 10 kg), select the desired program, and press the start button.

Steamer, Iron & Ironing Board

To keep your clothes looking great, you will find the steamer and iron in the laundry area, and the ironing board inside the built-in cabinet located at the kitchen entrance. The steamer is ideal for quickly removing wrinkles from delicate garments, while the iron and board provide a more traditional finish. If using the steamer, make sure the rear water compartment is filled.

Vacuum Cleaner

For small clean-ups during your stay, the vacuum cleaner is located in the built-in cabinet at the kitchen entrance. It is battery-operated and does not need to be plugged in during use. Please empty the dust container after use. If recharging is necessary, use the charger located in the same cabinet, on the top shelf.

Hair Dryers

You will find two hair dryers available:

1) Inside the en-suite bathroom cabinet

2) Inside the basket in the hallway bathroom, under the sink

Feel free to use them.

Safe

To set up the safe and store your belongings securely, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Open the safe (if it is closed, the default code is 1234#). Locate the reset button inside the door.

2️⃣ Press the “RESET” or “SET” button. A light or beep will indicate it is ready for a new code.

3️⃣ Enter your desired 4-digit code.

4️⃣ Confirm by pressing the “#” button. A sound or light will confirm the code has been saved.

5️⃣ Close the safe and test the code to ensure it works properly.

Important:

Choose a code that is easy to remember but secure.

Do not forget your code, as only our team can assist with opening the safe.

At check-out, please leave the safe open and without a code for the next guest.

For recyclable waste, please place it inside tied bags on the floor of the trash area in the hallway. For organic waste, dispose of it in the wall chute located in the same area, in front of the elevator.
