1. ID submission All guests must submit the required identification documents for clearance with the building management. Please make sure that the full name and photo are clearly legible on the document. Otherwise, the doorman will not authorize access to the building. The building management is committed to handling all submitted documentation with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with data protection legislation. The information collected will be used exclusively for access clearance purposes and will not be shared with third parties without the guest's consent.

This property is intended exclusively for family stays, prioritizing the safety, comfort and well-being of all guests. Outside visitors are not permitted.

2. The following are strictly prohibited in all Casapē Rio apartments:– Hosting parties in the apartment– Smoking– PetsFailure to comply with these rules may result in a fine of BRL 10,000.00, in accordance with the internal regulations.

3. Please note that plumbing systems in Brazil are not designed to handle toilet paper disposal. We kindly ask that you do not flush paper or any other items down the toilet to avoid blockages.

4. Please be aware that the building has security cameras in common areas for the safety of residents and guests. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

5. Please inform us of your preferred bed configuration at least 48 hours before check-in. The default setup is queen beds.

6. As the property is located in a busy urban area, city noise such as traffic, pedestrians and occasional construction work may occur, particularly during business hours.
