Our Guest Relations team welcomes guests in person at the property to handle check-in, walk them through the apartment, and answer any questions. Check-out is self-service: simply leave and lock the door.

House Rules

This property is exclusively intended for family stays, prioritizing the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests. External visitors are not permitted.

Parties are not allowed in the apartment, and smoking is strictly prohibited in all Casapē Rio properties.

To maintain our cleaning standards, pets are not accepted.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine of R$ 10,000.00, as stated in our internal policy.

Please note that in Brazil, plumbing systems are not designed for the disposal of toilet paper. We kindly ask that you do not flush paper or any other items down the toilet to avoid blockages.

The building has security cameras in common areas such as the lobby and hallway floors, for the safety of residents and guests. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

Please inform us of your preferred bed configuration at least 48 hours before check-in. The default setup is queen beds.

As the building is located in a busy urban area, city noise such as traffic, pedestrians, and occasional construction work may occur, especially during business hours.
